Warranty Information

Valleysinks warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase to the original owner.

Limited Warranty

Valleysinks may elect, at its discretion, to repair or replace any Valleysinks product under warranty.  Granted that the product is proven to be manufacturer defect.  Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may be different from the original.  This limited warranty will not cover any resulting damages by the product. We will not be responsible for shipping fees and any labor costs for the removal and/or re-installation of the product.

Valleysinks' limited warranty will be voided due to: 

• Improper installation/ modification/repair     

• Improper care or maintenance

• Damages resulting from neglect and abuse of product

• Any modification made to the products after purchase

• Commercial application 

• Any natural aging or wear and tear of the product

This warranty supersedes all other warranties expressed or implied.  No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Valleysinks. We reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink.  All decisions are final.
